An Obama Administration political appointee who is licensed to practice law in New York has been disbarred after being charged with failing to cooperate with a grievance committee investigation into an allegation that he neglected a potential client. According to court papers, Tushar Sheth, who was admitted to practice in 2002, became a policy advisor to the U.S. Department of Education in 2013.
