With a little more than two weeks until the Iowa caucus, Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush plans to make a stop in New York next week to talk about foreign affairs and raise money for his campaign. Bush spent less than 48 hours this week in Iowa, making four public campaign appearances and meeting briefly with state GOP lawmakers.
