A Tennessee congressman has proposed amending the Constitution to allow Donald Trump to serve a third term as president. Rep. Andy Ogles filed a Joint Resolution in Congress this week advancing a change to the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, which currently restricts presidents to two terms.
