A New Jersey man is facing a fine of $32,000 for cutting down thirty-two of his neighbor's trees to improve the view from his $1.75m mansion of New York City's skyline. Grant Haber is said to have violated local legislation in the town of Kinnelon, New Jersey, that requires a permit to be acquired before removing trees.
