<p>The Vikings receiver acknowledged he is struggling to come to grips with a public image he said was "shattered" and nearly impossible to salvage following his arrest Tuesday for a Minneapolis traffic incident. During a rambling, nine-minute address in which he apologized to Michael Jordan, among others, Moss said: "I am human. I am a man. I do take care of my responsibilities and I stand up for my actions.</p>
