The President and First Lady went to Arlington Cemetery where the President laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. He spoke briefly on the character of America's Military, past, present and future, active-duty, deceased, retired, or reserves, and their committment to the Country. Sec. of Defense Rumsfeld received a standing ovation that clearly touched him (no pictures I could find that showed this) and also gave a short speech on the dedication of America's Military.
