But note, to say NO ONE was left behind is ludacrist ( what ever) and unproveable, yet below, in Sen. McCain's own words he admits ... just a "tiny hand full".. well I feel as a majority do, ONE is to many to leave, ONE is a father, a brother, an uncle and on and on.. who should have the right to the...

Futuristic microscopic devices may be able to store energy, raise farm output and purify water to help the world reach 2015 goals of curbing poverty. According to scientists at the University of Toronto Joint Centre for Bioethics (JBC), nanotechnology - the design and use of molecule-sized devices - is also likely to have wide uses in diagnosing disease and cutting air pollution. "This is the most educated of educated guesses," JCB director Peter Singer said of the most likely applications for nanotechnology in 10 years, predicted in the JCB poll of 63 experts from around the world.
  • Communism and human nature (Bolshie Mod sez, Arise ye kittens of the earth!)

Many argue that communism will never be possible because of "human nature". The essence of this false argument is the belief that a communist society would consist of an all-powerful central government that would tell everybody what to do--and would therefore undermine the creative initiative of individuals and the search for happiness. • This argument is based on two false assumptions: (1) It assumes that a communist society will look like the former Soviet Union, or the current China, North Korea, etc (ie: corrupt police states with a feudal-style ruling class) (2) It assumes that people will only work in...

Gas costs so much. I cant afford it. Why want Bush do something? Don't say he can't. His daddy or his handlers could be on the phone in 2 minutes with the Rothchilds and by 1 week, oil prices would be under $20 and gas would be 1 dollar a gallon. You know it and I know it. Why want he? Do you know? Is there sombody we can call? Plaese advice.

In India’s one of the premiere research and development laboratories, an interesting project reached its testing schedule. A chemical-imaging camera that is capable of capturing the chemical composition and distribution of a sample in seconds was unleashed. The scientists were testing the camera in different sample parts. A camera that could quickly pick up a specific chemical signature and generate a three-dimensional data cube of spectral, spatial, and intensity information helped the scientist analyze objects and its chemical composition. A traditional cooled Infra Red (IR) camera was also used to take the photo of the same object. IR camera recognizes...

SPECIAL TO WORLD TRIBUNE.COM Tuesday, April 15, 2003 GAZA CITY — Palestinian agents for deposed Iraqi President Saddam Hussein have run out of money. The sources said they include Palestinians who helped organize pro-Saddam demonstrations in the West Bank and Gaza Strip during the U.S.-led war in Iraq. "A lot of people are not going to have money to pay their bills this month," a Palestinian source said. Until the halt in funding, Iraq was pumping more than...

Iowa man hoping to moooove into tiny cow business   The Associated Press ROCKWELL, Iowa (June 17, 2002 10:09 a.m. EDT) - Dustin Pillard is betting his farm on compact cows. Pillard has 50 tiny cows on his northern Iowa farm, all about 3 feet tall. He's hoping they'll catch on as pets, and so far inquiries have come in from as far as Europe, Mexico and Argentina. "I like them," said Pillard, 30. "If nobody else does, that doesn't really bother me. We're breeding just for the novelty end of it." The smallest full-grown animal is a 3-year-old...
