Sen. Lindsey Graham said on Monday he has received information about potential ballot harvesting in Pennsylvania nursing homes. The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee revealed that there were up to 25,000 cases that are being looked at as Pennsylvania remains a state President Trump's team hopes to turn their way after major media outlets called it for his Democratic opponent, Joe Biden, giving him enough electoral votes to secure the presidency. "I’ve got more information. We're now finding potentially that 25,000 nursing home residents in different nursing homes requested mail-in ballots at the exact same time," the South Carolina...
  • The Norway attacks, 2011 ("Right-wing extremist Christian fundamentalist" killer is pro-gay rights)

This sadistic, barbaric attack must be one of the strangest terror attacks ever. One would never think, from the killer's online comments, that he was a mass murderer in waiting. The killer was right-wing and anti-jihad, yes, but he was not a neo-Nazi (he was pro-Israel) or a white supremacist (he opposed the BNP because they are racist). He was Christian, but not a fanatic (he was pro-gay). In fact he was apparently like me - liberal right. He was anti-racist, pro-gay and pro-Israel. So how on earth did someone like that become a terrorist against the West? Perhaps he...

The death toll from attacks in Norway has risen to 91 with police also confirming they have arrested a suspect whom they described as a 'right-wing Christian fundamentalist'. In a press conference police said that they had arrested Anders Behring Breivik, 32, on suspicion of carrying out the Oslo bombing and the youth-camp shooting rampage. Norwegian Breivik, did not appear to be linked to Islamist terrorism. The suspect appeared to have acted alone and police said "it seems like that this is not linked to any international terrorist organisations at all". Internet postings "suggest that he has some political traits...

Many Americans Tried to Save on Their Heating Bills and Are Now Paying the Price This summer, like so many past years, Bob Forguites decided to buy his home heating oil early and lock in his price for the winter. Oil was selling for about $4.50 a gallon back then, and it looked as if it wasn't about to fall. Forguites locked in at $4.10 a gallon. "It was a good price at that time," Forguites recalled. But now with the global economy near or in a recession, oil prices have plummeted to about $3 a gallon in his area...

Not sure if this is the right place to make a suggestion to the powers that be here at FR, but just an idea. Why not do away with the multiple listing of the same thread on the reply page? In other words, whenever there is a posting to a thread, bump it to the top, but only list it once. That way it will be just as easy to see what threads are active but without the repetitive titles on one page. Would also allow for more threads to be listed on one page. Also prevents one thread from...
