A Northern California high school football team has been rocked by a shocking locker-room hazing incident that was reportedly recorded on a cell phone. At least three unidentified varsity football players at Elk Grove High School are accused of humiliating a freshman student by pulling his pants down and simulating sexual acts on him, two sources with knowledge of the situation told The Sacramento Bee.
