A sickening and terrifying incident unfolded in York County, Pennsylvania, late last week that is raising serious questions regarding the competence of the police in the area. As FOX 43 reported, video footage emerged showing a vicious crowd storming a female York College student's front porch and attacking her while she desperately tries to fight back.
