Seven Alternative für Deutschland politicians died within two weeks of each other before local elections, prompting party leaders to hint at foul play. It is scheduled to go to print in two weeks after the final draft is prepared. it should be available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble online by mid-November as an eBook, and in printed format by the end of November.
