Texans for Truth in hot water Watchdog groups claim organization violated campaign fund-raising laws By JOHN FRANK Copyright 2004 Houston Chronicle Washington Bureau WASHINGTON - A group of watchdog organizations charged Friday that Texans for Truth, whose TV ads question President Bush's service in the Air National Guard during the Vietnam War, has violated campaign fund-raising laws.

Nor is moveon.org’s connection to Texans for Truth. What is lesser known is the Communist Party’s willingness to back Kerry in this election. WASHINGTON, Sept. 7 - Just last week, Stanley Greenberg was the polling mastermind guiding the way three liberal groups spent tens of millions of dollars attacking President Bush and registering voters. WASHINGTON — Escalating the campaign warfare over the Vietnam era, a new group founded by a veteran Texas Democratic operative will announce today a television ad campaign reprising charges that President Bush failed to perform his service in the Texas Air National Guard while on temporary assignment in Alabama.
