Dear Fellow American; Purple Heart recipient Tedd Peck has been vindictively charged with filing false tax returns and is scheduled for trial in mid-August. The US~Observer thoroughly investigated Peck's case. We found him absolutely innocent, while at the same time we obtained highly credible evidence that John Kerry contacted an insider friend at the IRS to initiate the false charges.
