Santa Ana, CA -- A 29-year-old Orange County woman was charged Wednesday with falsely accusing six men of kidnapping her at gunpoint and raping her. An indictment returned by an Orange County grand jury also accuses Tamara Anne Moonier of Dana Point with fraudulently receiving $1,850 from a state emergency fund for crime victims. She is scheduled to be arraigned July 8 on two felony counts of making a false police report and one count each of perjury and grand theft.
