John Kerry made big mistakes when he: 1. Chose to trash the war & vets as a shortcut to stardom, thinking only of himself. 2. At 03 Reunion pushed aside shipmates and skipped memorial for those lost in Vietnam, thinking only of himself. 3. Published "Tour of Duty" as fact instead of fiction, trashing service and shipmates, thinking only of himself.

Gen. George S. Patton III, the flamboyant field commander ... came to Boston to blast Kerry for "probably" causing "some of my guys to get killed" by his dissidence. "There's no soap ever been invented that can wash that blood off his hands."

When Kerry ran for election to the U.S. House of Representative in 1972, he found it necessary to suppress reproduction of the cover picture appearing on his own book, The New Soldier. When I look at this picture showing several youths holding an upside down American flag and crudely mocking the famous photo of the U.S. Marines at Iwo Jima I have to say to myself, "and this is the kind of person that Democrats wish to be the leader of the free world? ------- This Is Who The Democrats Wish To Be The Leader Of The Free World? Back...

I am sick of hearing about the mainstream media's attempt to discredit the SBVforT on the erroneous grounds that the Swifties didn't "serve" with Kerry. Here are photos and commentary from a Swifty as to the proximity of the boats on patrol, as well as, their intimate living conditions. As anyone can see, the perspective from some personnel on other boats actually has a broader view of another boat and the surrounding environment.

Patton's son died on July 1 this year. See http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A19368-2004Jun30.html Here's what he said about about Kerry according to the Washington Post, October 21, 1984, p. C1.

I have been a Navy intelligence specialist for 20 years and have extensive background in analysis and archival investigations. One of my most enjoyable tours was with the Defense Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Office from 1994 to 1998. Senator John Kerry was the Vietnam War Working Group Co-Chairman for the U.S.-Russian Joint Commission on POW/MIAs of which I was an integral member. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I "served" with Senator Kerry as I "served" with Senator Smith (NH), Congressman Peterson (FL), and Congressman Johnson (TX), who were also Co-Chairmen of the Commission. Why I can't say I served...

By PETE YOST CRAWFORD, Texas (AP) - President Bush on Monday denounced campaign commercials aired by outside groups, including an ad that accuses John Kerry of lying about his combat record in Vietnam. "That ad and every other ad" run by such groups have no place in the campaign, Bush said when asked about the commercial sponsored by Swift Boat Veterans For Truth that has roiled the race for the White House. The group said it would not stop its new anti-Kerry ad, which will start running in three states this week. "It was John Kerry who decided to make...

AL JOLSON IN OCTOBER TTP Intelligence Bulletin Dr. Jack Wheeler Thursday, August 19, 2004 All indications are that the Swiftees’ offensive against Hanoi John is severely damaging the Kerry/Edwards candidacy. The television ads by the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth and the #1 bestseller on Amazon, Unfit For Command, have credibly assaulted the basis for Kerry’s campaign: that his self-proclaimed status as a “war hero” during 4 months in Vietnam qualify him to be President of the United States. However… in the famous words of Al Jolson: “You ain’t heard nothin’ yet.” The Swiftees have prepared an October Surprise for...

(Editor's note: What follows is a letter from the Republican National Committee to the Federal Election Commission, responding to the Kerry campaign's FEC complaint. As CNSNews.com reported on Friday, the Kerry campaign complained that the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth was illegally coordinating with the Bush-Cheney campaign.) The Honorable Bradley Smith Chairman Federal Election Commission 999 E Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. Dear Commissioner Smith: The Commission is about to receive a frivolous complaint from Kerry-Edwards 2004, Inc. baselessly alleging illegal coordination between Bush-Cheney '04 Inc. and a group called Swiftboat Veterans for Truth. This complaint should be promptly dismissed since,...

[Editors' note: John O'Neill will be appearing before the Wednesday Morning Club at the Beverly Hills Hotel at noon on September 8. Information is available by calling 800-752-6562.] A number of the combat commanders, fellow officers and other men who served with Sen. John Kerry in Vietnam challenge his accounts of combat heroism in a new book, "Unfit for Command" (Regnery Publishing), by John E. O'Neill, who took over command of Swift Boat PCF 94 from Lt. Kerry, and Jerome R. Corsi, who has written extensively about the Vietnam War protest movement. This is the last of three excerpts that include...

Radio logs, damage reports, spot reports, After action reports... the list goes on. Within the next three days I will be disclosing to the media the location of all the original documents, and how to contact...

It's a shame that little old Chris Felice has to do the media's homework for them. As some of you are aware, there was a new Abu Graib prison scandal story that came out this week. As we all know, the Democrats and their accomplices in the mainstream media are keeping this scandal percolating in the likely event that President Bush wins in November. This way, they can open the door to a possible impeachment of the president because of this "so called" scandal. Anyway, the new Abu Graib story was written by Professor Steven Miles, a Dr. at the...

You in the liberal MSM can be likened to Japan in WW II, with your complacent and thought safe extremist leftist bias, you have now at last awaken a sleeping giant. You have no way to control us, you have unleashed hell upon yourselves and your chosen one. This hell is coming in small 25, 50, and 100 dollar drips and drabs in their hundreds of thousands, but it will arrive en mass like an all consuming avalanche of angst hell for the liberals in this country. We will not, nay, we cannot be stopped, for we are aroused from...

A poster named manofaiki posted this on The Swift Vets Forum, and I thought it was interesting and worthy to discuss here at FR. -------------------------------------------------------- What the Kerry camp needs to do to effectively counter the Swift Vet charges: 1. Sign form 180 and release all of John Kerry's military records. 2. Provide damage report and wound reports from the No Man Left Behind incident that provides details about just how many bullet holes were shot into the 5 boats involved, and how many of the over 20 men involved suffered a gunshot wounds during this intense firefight. By effectively...

The Vietnam veteran at the heart of an increasingly vicious campaign to discredit John Kerry's "war hero" status has vowed to do "whatever it takes to stop that man becoming commander-in-chief of America's armed forces". In an outspoken interview with the Telegraph, John O'Neill, speaking in his publisher's office in the shadow of Capitol Hill, denied being a Republican stooge, saying that his campaign to prevent Mr Kerry reaching the White House was driven by personal loathing of the Democratic presidential nominee. Exasperated by three weeks of allegations that he had exaggerated his Vietnam war record, Mr Kerry finally filed...

John Kerry took the floor of the United States Senate on March 27, 1986, and delivered a dramatic oration indicting the foreign policy of the Reagan Administration. As is his habit, Kerry drew on his Vietnam war experience in explaining his opposition to the policy. "I remember Christmas of 1968 sitting on a gunboat in Cambodia," he said. "I remember what it was like to be shot at by Vietnamese and Khmer Rouge and Cambodians, and having the President of the United States telling the American people that I was not there." To emphasize the importance of this incident to...
