According to a new report undocumented immigrants are being pushed into the shadows of society and forced to live in fear. The study looks at how restrictive immigration policies are affecting the lives of undocumented immigrants. The study comes from the Center for American Progress, a think-tank in Washington D.C. The center partnered with researchers at UCSD's Center of Comparative Immigration Studies, specifically looking at the lives of undocumented immigrants in Northern San Diego County.

"Early Show" co-anchor Harry Smith is scheduled to have a colonoscopy Wednesday - and the show plans live reports as he undergoes the procedure. Viewers will also learn what Smith had to do to prepare for it. "CBS Evening News" anchor and Managing Editor Katie Couric plans to be With Smith as he gets ready for and has the colonoscopy at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. The procedure will be performed by Dr. Mark Pochapin. It will be the first time an anchor has had a colonoscopy live on network television.

Police in Sauk Village are working with Strassburg Elementary School officials after a student's father identified three inappropriate pictures.
