You know the one where you knew something big was happening in the world because you couldn’t open the site because of too much traffic (late 90’s)? The one that where you read articles that were of great interest on science, religion, or the bizarro? The one where you would have to don a flame retardant suit if you posted something that was outside the thought prevailing thought process of the other posters? Apparently I went a little nuts last night and issued an "opus". I have not read it. Based on the feedback I have received it was pretty bad. For what it is worth, my son found me on the floor beneath my desk puking. He had to use a hot glue gun to repair my breathing mask. And in fact I slept great.I deeply apologize to my FR friends, I am one of those people who go a little crazy now and then. In this case I blame a new pharmaceutical that I just started yesterday. I month or two ago (maybe longer) I posted a thread on why I was leaving Free Republic. I was angry over a post that was pulled (which Jim very nicely re-posted). I took some heated comments, and some justifiably so. I registered with a couple of conservative websites, and I will maintain those registrations. But after comparing those other websites, along with a few others, I have come to the conclusion that I was wrong for threatening to leave and I wanted to make an apology for my actions to Jim and others who were angered or offended.
