When Avant-Garde Rocker Frank Zappa invented his risible, daffy villain character for the fasical concept album Joe’s Garage, he named this entity The Central Scrutinizer. It never occurred to Mr. Zappa that this imaginary villain would be female, avowedly liberal, and seek the Presidency after a stint in the Senate from The Great State of New York.
