SACRAMENTO - Frustrated by the slow pace of a legislative investigation, an aide to Assemblywoman Rebecca Cohn has filed a harassment complaint against her with state and federal officials. Cohn's press secretary, Erika Weaver-Taylor, alleges that the Campbell Democrat created a ``hostile working environment'' and that Cohn subjected her to ``verbal, physical and visual'' harassment.
