A California man has been indicted on federal charges of attempted murder of a Supreme Court justice. Nicholas John Roske, 26, of Simi Valley, is accused of trying to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Court documents say that last Wednesday, Roske traveled from California to Montgomery County, Maryland, where Kavanaugh lives.
