Detectives are investigating the death of former U.S. Senator Mitt Romney’s sister-in-law who was found dead in a parking garage in Valencia Friday evening. Around 8:25 p.m. Friday, first responders received reports of a person found deceased in a parking garage in the 24500 block of Town Center Drive In Valencia, according to Lt. Daniel Vizcarra, with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Homicide Bureau. The woman found deceased was identified as Carrie Romney, 64, according to officials with the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office. Vizcarra confirmed that Carrie is the sister-in-law of former U.S. Senator Mitt Romney.
