Go look at any money website to see the evidence. The Dow Jones futures are down over 500 points from Friday's close. Europe fell 6-7% on Monday and is barely holding even this morning. Asia fared worse. Its not the end of the world. Its just a bear market. Just make sure you are ready to handle this downturn.
