A Tunkhannock Township election worker accused of trying to manipulate a voter's presidential choice is facing criminal charges. Sean Stevens, 59, of Long Pond, is accused of unlawfully assisting in the voting, interfering with an election, soliciting a candidate's vote within the polling place, and violating his oath of office. He has been issued a summons to appear March 12 before Magisterial District Judge Richard Claypool of Pocono Pines for a preliminary hearing. The bomb hoax bozos whose light-up devices sparked a Boston terror panic were caught on camera standing with spectators and filming the massive police response, the Herald has learned. Transit police surveillance photos taken at the Sullivan Square MBTA Orange Line station as police swarmed around one of the suspicious devices Wednesday morning clearly show the two men, sources said.
