Ted Cruz fired back at John Boehner after the former Republican House Speaker rattled off an expletive-laced insult to the Texas senator while recording audio for his upcoming book. Boehner reportedly went off-script in recording his memoir saying, “Oh, and Ted Cruz, go (expletive) yourself.” ...
