HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. -- An apparent confrontation between two drivers led to two separate road rage incidents in Hillsborough County, according to deputies. According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, a man was driving his car in Wimauma on September 14 when 18-year-old Raymond Davis pulled up next to the man and asked, "Are you revving your engine at me?"
