Round Rock school district voters turned out in record numbers Saturday to overwhelmingly reject a record-high $349 million bond package administrators said was needed to build new schools. Hutto school district voters did just the opposite, approving a $53 million bond issue to build new facilities by a margin of 2-to-1.
