A new letter from Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., puts federal health agencies on notice that he plans to subpoena unredacted records withheld by the Biden administration on potential adverse effects of the COVID-19 vaccines. “It appears that even in the waning days of the Biden administration, your agencies will remain defiant in providing the public with complete information about the COVID-19 vaccines,” writes Johnson, incoming chairman of the Senate’s Permanent Select Subcommittee on Investigations, in the Dec. 5 letter shared with The Daily Signal. “If it becomes necessary to subpoena these and other requested records in the next Congress when...

The FDA is set to axe its ban on gay and bisexual men donating sperm, it has been revealed. Under the current rule, men who have had sex with men within the last five years are blocked from anonymously donating sperm amid fears of HIV infection. But the agency is now seeking to scrap the blanket ban, and replace it with screening questions that assess a donor's risk of carrying HIV or other infections.

[H/T Mewzilla]The United States Food and Drug Administration — sacred member of the Holy Trinity at the Pinnacle of The Science™ next to the NIH and CDC — dropped, quietly, a recent bombshell report on the effects of COVID-19 shots on babies as young as two years old.Via U.S. FDA (emphasis added):In this self-controlled case series that included participants aged 2-5 years from three commercial insurance databases, the incidence rate ratio of febrile seizures was significantly elevated in the 0-1 days following mRNA-1273 administration. Absolute risk was small… The incidence of febrile seizures was elevated immediately following vaccination with the...

The FDA has agreed to delete and never republish several social-media posts suggesting that ivermectin, a drug that some doctors used to treat COVID-19, is for animals and not humans. While the FDA still does not approve of using ivermectin to treat COVID, it settled Thursday a lawsuit brought by three doctors who sued it, as well as the Department of Health and Human Services and its secretary, Xavier Becerra, and FDA secretary Robert Califf. All parties have settled. The lawsuit, filed on June 2, 2022, was brought by doctors Mary Talley Bowden, Paul Marik and Robert Apter, each of...

This is how they will be able to inject anything they like without informed consent in the future: The caveat is it must be minimal risk research. That means it must be no more risky than what is already presented in the environment. Enter: pandemic 2.0. People are getting sick and dying, the next thing they do is test you for the virus and within that testing mechanism IS the treatment and it will be legal, without your knowledge or consent. Of course, that is not how they are framing it now, but that is exactly what it will be.

“Misinformation” is the Left’s new boogyman, up there with White Supremacists, carbon dioxide, and transphobes. We are supposed to believe that all these things are threats to human existence itself and that all of them must be ruthlessly suppressed in order to save humanity.Yeah, whatever. The FDA Commissioner Dr. Robert Califf has apparently been traveling the country making a rather amazing claim: that misinformation is the leading cause of death in America. If so, that’s pretty shocking. A number of studies suggest that medical errors may be the third-leading cause of death in America, resulting in 250,000 to 440,000 deaths a year, depending...

After the failure of the mRNA vaccines to prevent infection and transmission of COVID-19, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Wednesday it has granted emergency use authorization for boosters that target the predominant omicron variant. The FDA said it is authorizing a "single booster dose at least two months following primary or booster vaccination."The "updated boosters," the agency said in a statement, contain "two messenger RNA (mRNA) components of SARS-CoV-2 virus, one of the original strain of SARS-CoV-2 and the other one in common between the BA.4 and BA.5 lineages of the omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2."The reference is to two,...
