Silly me! I always assumed that the "seals" U.N. Weapons Inspectors used to demarcate and isolate -- say, for instance, 377 tons of high explosive powders -- in Saddam's weapons storage facilities were some kind of super-secret, traceable electronic gadgets that were all-emcompassing for each storage building and "failsafe" in their ability to detect any tampering or back-door entrance to inspected and sealed buildings. Once again, silly me! What I learned today, thanks to Fox News' Brett Baier, is that these "seals" are little stamped copper buttons attached to thin wire and tied to the door of each explosives powder...
