None of the United States Presidents in the first 61 years of the nation’s existence were actually born in the country they led. The reason for this is simple enough: The first seven U.S. Presidents — George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, John Quincy Adams, and Andrew Jackson — were all born before 1776, and therefore before the United States was an independent nation. The first President who could actually claim to have been born a U.S. citizen was the country’s eighth President, Martin Van Buren. Van Buren was born in 1782 in Kinderhook, New York,...

Top Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin argued in the New York Times this week that Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito could, in theory, be forced to step down from cases related to the January 6 Capitol riots. In a guest essay for the New York Times on Wednesday, Raskin detailed ways Thomas and Alito could be forced to recuse themselves from the upcoming Trump v. United States and Fischer v. United States, both involving former President Trump's role during the Capitol protests. "Of course, Justices Alito and Thomas could choose to recuse themselves — wouldn’t that be nice? But begging...

(go to link to see DJT's post) Trump has escalated the 2020 fraud situation with his statement today on Truth Social. Trump is now hinting at the possibility of having a new election. Myself and many others flirted with this idea as a possible remedy to fraud in the 2020 election. I discussed this possibility with Zak Paine, Scott Anderson, and Congressman J.R. Majewski a few months back, and I deferred for the time being, as there is no legal precedent or Amendment to the Constitution that addresses a recall to a Presidential election. We are barreling forward into uncharted...

Former President Trump said this weekend that former Vice President Mike Pence has been "mortally wounded" by allowing the congressional certification of the 2020 election results. "I was disappointed in one thing, but it was a big thing," Trump said during a ticketed event in Sunrise, Fla., on Saturday, according to CNN. "Mike should have sent those crooked votes back to the legislatures and you would have had a different result in the election, in my opinion," the former President told the audience at the stop on Bill O'Reilly's "History Tour."

Former Vice President Mike Pence was heckled with calls of “traitor” at a conservative conference Friday as he continues to draw criticism from members of the Republican base for his role in Congress’s certification of President Biden's Electoral College victory. “It is great to be back with so many patriots dedicated to faith and freedom and the road to the majority,” Pence said to applause at the Faith & Freedom Coalition summit before the heckling began. “I’m a Christian, a conservative and a Republican, in that order,” Pence continued, as the hecklers in the audience began to grow louder, yelling...

Dr. Peter Navarro joined Steve Bannon and The War Room on Saturday morning. During their discussion on voter fraud, Navarro brought up the actions of Mike Pence. Navarro, along with millions of Trump voters, believe what Mike Pence did will go down in history as one of the greatest betrayals of a president and the country. Mike Pence did not have the courage to confront the obvious election fraud. He sided with the enemies of America. Dr. Peter Navarro: Look, what Mike Pence did to Donald J. Trump I think will go down in history as one of the biggest...

In the the morning on January 6th we noted Vice President Mike Pence would end the day in history branded as a hero or a traitor to his country. We now know that answer. At noon on January 6th, while the President was speaking to a million patriots in the Capital, VP Pence released his own memo explaining why he was overlooking the corruption and election fraud which ended up stealing the election from President Trump, his boss, and the American people: “It is my considered judgement that my oath to support and defend the Constitution constrains me from claiming...

Rep. Peter Meijer (R–Mich.), the Republican successor to the retiring Libertarian Justin Amash, has had quite the week. On Sunday, the 32-year-old Iraq/Afghanistan veteran and supermarket heir was sworn into office. On Tuesday, he joined a dozen GOP lawmakers, including such Amash-pals as Reps. Thomas Massie (R–Ky.) and Chip Roy (R–Texas), in objecting to Republican attempts to delay or oppose the certification of Joe Biden as president-elect. ("To unconstitutionally insert Congress into the center of the presidential election process — would amount to stealing power from the people and the states," they wrote.) And on Wednesday? "Definitely didn't expect to...

Donald J. Trump: ?Mike Pence didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth!"

There is no way the American People will be able to stomach a complete overturn by State Legislatures of the rigged Election. Someone with a lot more horsepower than me needs to start pushing a path forward that doesn't deny the will of the voters on both sides. Tyhat path is to split the electors in the Fraud States. State Legislatures could award electors for each COngressional District based on vote totals from November 3. The remaining two electors would be split, one for each candidate, based on neither candidate winning majority of both Congressional Districts and popular vote in...

3) Round Up Antifa Criminals, Jail and Prosecute Them. As badass as your “LAW & ORDER” tweets have been, they don’t seem to have done the job. You can’t keep warning voters about widespread lawlessness if Biden is elected president when there’s already widespread lawlessness and you’re the president. Right now. That’s you. (And congratulations on that again, your excellency.) 4) Open the Country, Close the Border. Remember how there was going to be a two-week shutdown to “flatten the curve”? Guess what? We’ve flattened it! It’s been almost six months of everyone staying home, socially distancing and wearing masks....

Reno -- The widow of a soldier killed in Afghanistan won state approval Wednesday to place a Wiccan religious symbol on his memorial plaque, something the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs had refused. "I'm honored and ecstatic. I've been waiting a year for this," Roberta Stewart said from her home in Fernley, about 30 miles east of Reno. Sgt. Patrick Stewart, 34, was killed in Afghanistan last September when a rocket-propelled grenade struck his helicopter. Four others also died. Stewart was posthumously awarded the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. He was a follower of the Wiccan religion, which the...

Ok. I just got off the phone with my communist brother who asserted that our nation is a democracy, I told him that it was a republic. I forgot where it says officially that we're a republic. I blame lack of sleep. Can anyone kindly help me out with a link to the text so I can email him.

I think there are many Freepers who are tired of this constant bashing of the Supreme Court for Lawrence v. Texas. I think they did a great job and stuck a knife in the heart of big government. Individual liberty is at the heart of what conservatism is all about - the individual having primacy over the state. It disturbs me that there are so many who wanted to see the state prevail in its desire to regulate private, individual freedoms. I say, good job, to a consistent, conservative SC! You did exactly what you're supposed to be doing.

U.S. Supreme Court rewrites Constitution and 3,000 years of history WASHINGTON – The U.S. Supreme Court today rewrote the U.S. Constitution and 3,000 years of legal history by striking down the Texas sodomy law in a 6-3 decision. The court overrode the Constitution, the history of American law, and its own precedent by declaring in Lawrence v. Texas that there is a right to privacy to protect private, adult consensual sexual activity. Justice Kennedy wrote for the majority, and only Justices Scalia and Thomas and Chief Justice Rhenquist dissented. The majority reasoned, unbelievably, that because of the trend in state...
