There is no way the American People will be able to stomach a complete overturn by State Legislatures of the rigged Election.
Someone with a lot more horsepower than me needs to start pushing a path forward that doesn't deny the will of the voters on both sides.
Tyhat path is to split the electors in the Fraud States.
State Legislatures could award electors for each COngressional District based on vote totals from November 3. The remaining two electors would be split, one for each candidate, based on neither candidate winning majority of both Congressional Districts and popular vote in that State.
The voters in the populous Counties clearly overwhelmingly wanted Biden, even if the cheating didn't occur. Giving them some but not all electoral votes would at least be defensible.
A national movement to have all States adopt this electoral approach as a disincentive to mass fraud would also be ideal. But for the moment, this needs to be pushed, hard and fast, or there will be no change at all.
If someone reading this has any political pull or can make contact with someone who does, I urge you to get this to them.

Look, the Dims didn’t believe Trump won in 2016 but there was no call for reviewing the results and recounts. We don’t believe Fingers won in 2020 and there is MASSIVE amounts of fraud exposed that the MSM says is BS to Trump’s and OUR allegations. Viva la differance, BUT it just means the entirety of the US population does NOT believe in election outcomes and that rightfully makes US the largest 3rd world country in the World:-)

Changing rules in the middle of the game, or moving the goalposts, to attain a desired result is wrong regardless who might do it. The Trump train has the ability to prevail with rules that have been in place since 1804. But, it requires stiff spines from Republican state legislators. As an aside, there is an interesting article on politico about another last chance strategy which may be used. I am still mulling it, but my initial reaction is that it is not viable.

From the view point of dis-enfranchising the fewest possible voters, the district system (what you describe) works best. However, the two state votes should be apportioned as 1 vote to the candidate that received the most votes in the state and 1 vote to the candidate that won the most districts in the state.

As for this election, SCOTUS could simply say that the laws - not judicial decrees or executive orders - must be followed in determining what is a legal vote. The starting assumption should be that a ballot is not legal unless it meets the states requirements. If that is not possible for a particular ballot, the ballot must be discarded. Only legal ballots can be counted and all legal ballots must be counted. If it is not possible to separate legal ballots from fraudulent ballots, then the results of that precinct or election center must be excluded en-mass from the vote totals for the state. If there are tainted ballots in the batch, then the batch is poisoned and must be discarded. I.e. fruits of a poisoned tree policy applied to vote totals.
This does not overturn any existing laws, is in alignment with prior rulings, and fundamentally makes sense. Such a ruling should be applied to ALL states (not just the disputed states) as this will have significant impact to down stream ballots/elections,
However, the consequences will be that the election is overturned and Biden looses. Riots to ensue.
That's not going to fly here shortly....
If fraud and cheating can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, the American people will accept it.

Regardless of what the solution is I can't see any evidence that the losing side will accept it as legitimate.
