Whenever I saw him, which was rarely and usually with others, he had a drink in one hand and a cigarette in the other. I suppose Politico was a frequent receptor for his frequent leaks against conservatives, the Tea Party, etc. I've always viewed Boehner as a relatively stupid, unserious Washington-insider.
