Tonight, a motley assortment of violent, radical left wing protesters supported by MoveOne.Org, forced the cancellation of a Donald Trump rally at the University of Illinois, Chicago Circle Campus in downtown Chicago. Over 25,000 Trump supporters were to attend the rally, which Mr. Trump cancelled based on security concerns from the Chicago Police and the Secret Service. Both the Chicago Police and the Secret Service feared a riot breaking out had Mr. Trump attended. In a continuation of a fearful trend among America’s youth, the protesters who were mainly University of Illinois college students demanded that Trump be prohibited from...

End the Anti-Cop Witch Hunt The Obama-#BlackLivesMatter cases have fallen apart, it’s time to tell the truth. December 30, 2015 Daniel Greenfield Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is a New York writer focusing on radical Islam. The dirty alliance between Obama and #BlackLivesMatter has torched cities, goosed crime rates, killed cops and suppressed law enforcement with the Ferguson Effect. But the lies about “police murders†fall apart when they come up against even the most basic evidentiary standards of the justice system. The refusal of a grand jury to indict the police officer in the...

A Hennepin County judge on Tuesday dismissed charges against organizers of the massive Black Lives Matter protest at the Mall of America in Bloomington last Christmas season. The leaders of the protest, which drew more than 2,000 people to the mall on Dec. 20, had faced misdemeanor charges of aiding and abetting trespass, aiding and abetting unlawful assembly, and aiding and abetting disorderly conduct. In a 137-page decision, Chief Judge Peter Cahill dismissed all charges against the 11 organizers, while keeping in place trespass charges against 17 individual protesters.

President Barack Obama endorsed the #Black Lives Matter movement “as something we have to take seriously.” Even though after seven years, Obama has done nothing to improve the lives of black Americans, his most loyal, boot-licking constituents. In contrast, Obama helped give homosexuals gay marriage and illegal aliens, amnesty. Blacks are poorer, more criminalized and uneducated than they were before the first black president was elected in 2008. Congressional Black Caucus Chairman G.K. Butterfield admitted as much, lamenting that in 2015 the black race finds itself in “a state of emergency.” Butterfield said: • 25% of black households live below the...

Protesters gathered in Union Square Wednesday night to demand justice in the death of Freddie Gray, the man who died while in police custody in Baltimore. Several hundred people assembled as speakers addressed the crowd, with some people chanting 'Hands up, don't shoot'. Organizers say the rally is meant to show solidarity with people in Baltimore. "The game plan is to make sure people are politicized about the issues that are happening in terms of police brutality," said one organizer. "What's happening not only in communities in Baltimore, but in Brooklyn and Harlem and across the country." Police have barriers...

Our city is hurting, we are hurting. Today we mourn the loss of two NYPD officers who were gunned down in a vicious act of senseless violence. As soon as news broke of the tragedy in Brooklyn, I spoke with both the families of Eric Garner and Michael Brown. And let me be perfectly clear, we are all outraged and saddened by the deaths of these police officers. Any use of the names of Eric Garner and Michael Brown, in connection with any violence or killing of police, is reprehensible and against the pursuit of justice in both cases. At...

As the outraged community in Ferguson, Missouri, continues to protest the officer-involved shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown, radical communist revolutionaries from places like Chicago and New York City are seemingly infiltrating the local demonstrations and allegedly attempting to “incite” riots. A video uploaded on YouTube Tuesday shows Gregory Lee Johnson, a veteran member of the Revolutionary Community Party, riling up a crowd and seemingly discouraging them from listening to police’s advice to calm things down. Watch that video here (Strong language warning):[see video at link]

On Saturday, more than 75 people gathered for a rally to protest the Trayvon Martin verdict, a week late due to rain last weekend, in Marietta, Ga., but within the crowd, some of those in attendance were members of the radical Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP) who have called for a revolution. Shortly after the verdict, the Revolutionary Communist Party went on a verbal rampage on their official website even to the point of calling the police officers ”pigs” and calling for a revolution to overthrow the U.S. government and replace the U.S. Constitution with a socialist government. The RPC said,...

A small group of protesters chanted slogans demanding justice for Trayvon Martin outside the Seminole County Courthouse this afternoon, just as the George Zimmerman trial is set to start this week. The protesters, which numbered about eight, wore hoodies on Sunday and plan to return Monday for another protest in what some groups have organized as "National Hoodie Day." The group includes members of the Revolutionary Communist Party and the "Stop Mass Incarceration Network." ---snip--- Diaz continued: "Zimmerman should be convicted. If he walks free, that sends a message to any racist vigilante out there that if they want to...

As authorities continue to probe the cause of Rodney King's death, family members said they are struggling with their sudden loss. Rodney King’s youngest brother, Zhan Paul King, on Monday said his family is dealing with the loss “the best that we can." He urged people to ignore rumors or innuendo and instead focus on his brother’s life of perseverance. “We appreciate all the support we’ve had over the years, and we’re going to need that support now," he said. The family still is making funeral arrangements, though nothing has been finalized, he said. Officials will not have a final...

Henry Keith Watson remembers April 29, 1992, as if it happened just last week. History won't allow him to forget it. It was a day that marked the beginning of one of the deadliest, most destructive race riots in the nation's history, and one in which Watson's spur-of-the-moment decision to take part made him one of the enduring faces of the violence... As the liquor store at the intersection of Florence and Normandie was being looted and white passersby were fleeing a barrage of rocks and bottles, Denny stopped his big rig to avoid running over someone. He was quickly...

SNIP But still others wonder if there will be fights? Will there be riots? Or will there be a sudden calm.? Sanford is a time bomb but Mayor Jeff Triplett says he is not worried…yet, "That's the concern you really don't know. It's really truly out of our hands now. We have done everything we could to get here." And that everything means a contingency plan or two. City sources tell FOX 35 that the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and Sanford Police Department have put some of their staff on stand-by and the emergency operations center is ready to activate...
