0:06 Huntington Park, California, now feels it has a bullseye on its back because of ramped up ice rates. So almost half the people living in some California towns do so while living in America ill legally. And while the lawless residents of these cities gripe to the news of how ICE raids are shutting down their entire economy, critics say they've got no one to blame but themselves for encouraging people to break the law. And as you're about to see, there's more than one town in America where this is happening. The once vibrant city center has now become eerily quiet. It's nearly 96% Latino and as many as 45% of its residents are undocumented.

10:33 What did he just say? That undocumented workers depress certain aspects of the economy like the prevailing wage for workers in this neighborhood. Did you just hear that? I think I sure did. This guy just let the cat out of the bag. Cheap labor is what these businesses are thriving on. It's easy to come in here and set up shop because there's so many people willing to work illegally off the books
City Council member Jonathan Sanabria, who grew up in Huntington Park, says the local community is scared.

Huntington Park, California, a working-class community of more than 50,000 people, has recently felt like it has a bullseye on its back because of ramped-up raids by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The town is 95.6% Latino, and as many as 45% of the residents are undocumented, according to the city.
I wonder what this does to the cost of housing?
And the number of votes on election season. And the number of congressional seats, state representatives and state sinators
Wait until the millions are returned
My great grandmother lived in Huntington park.
I spent many a weekend there.
Democrats turned that place into a Shiite hole.
Born and raised in So. Cal
Bellflower high, class of 73.
Democrats Su$k!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yaaayyy! More winning!
THIS is what I voted for!
If an illegal losing a job constitutes a job ‘loss’ then it wasn’t a ‘job’ in the first place, since illegals vacating those jobs should create more jobs.
270,000
-A good start
-Well....... Bye
Just kick the lazy Americans off welfare and put them to work.
That's the spirit! Keep it up!
If they are counting a deported illegal as a job loss, they are truly morons.
I like Quiet. I like illegal alien free America.
Exactly.
Speaking for myself I’m hoping the ride between Suffolk county and Woodhaven Blvd. becomes “eerily quiet” I could go for some of that…
LA collapsing?
Globetrotting Mayor Karen Bass should start packing her bags for another trip out of LA.
Where is it written that every town has to be a seething mass of humanity? Why does the USA have to be like over-crowded slum filled India, or Nigeria?
So what if the economy slows for a while. This path of mass immigration (and I mean legal too) was going to destroy us as a traditional nation.
That is a drop in the bucket.
Before her doctor appointment, I recall stopping at a McDonald's for coffee with my mom. We watched the crowd of illegals in line, ahead of us.
Only one spoke English and he did the ordering. When he stepped up to pay, he took care of everyone's order and produced a role of cash the size of a Christmas ham!!
My mom was with me and I think her jaw made a noise when it hit the floor. I said: “Well mom, if you never paid any taxes, you'd have tons of cash, TOO!”
Texas has a huge area of mostly Hispanic . Size of Manhattan. Colony ridge. Abbott announced the raid giving time for people to leave. only made 118 arrests. They could be raiding that place every day.
Developers are big donors to Abbott. Gave loans to illegals for the houses.
