<p>LEXINGTON, Ky. — LeRone Edwards works a part-time job and has taken out thousands of dollars in loans to attend the University of Kentucky and pay his living expenses.</p>
<p>The 18-year-old freshman from Lexington, who lives "paycheck to paycheck," said tuition can't keep rising at double-digit rates and remain affordable to him and other students.</p>
