It turns out last weekend’s violent white-power protest in Virginia was spurred in part by an ex-con and one-time Silicon Valley resident who’s about to bring his bare-knuckled activism back to the Bay Area. Nathan Damigo is not a techie. But the former Marine infantryman and convicted armed robber who founded the Oakdale-based white-nationalist group Identity Evropa grew up and went to school in San Jose before following a path into alt-right power politics. Who knew David Duke mattered? Cable news made the former wizard of the KKK quite visible in Charlottesville, at what planners billed as the largest gathering of the "alt-right community." The "Unite the Right" rally encouraged the like-minded to go to and demonstrate in Charlottesville, Virginia. Counter-protesters, of course, showed up, and many violent clashes ensued. When the dust settled, a woman had been killed and 19 injured when a suspect apparently intentionally drove his car into a crowd of people, although the matter remains under investigation. Two police officers died when their patrol helicopter crashed. Duke got considerable airtime...

No matter how many times our opponents dub themselves the “benevolent”, “tolerant”, and “compassionate” ones, their words speak for themselves. Unlike the media, in their ignorance, they claim pays me handsomely to write these pieces, I publish emails of those who disagree with my opinions.
