Again, I am confronted by our yearly PC Celibration of Diversity. Today, I was shuffling through my bosses "to do" list and I found my self, scheduled for diversity training. I am not blaiming him for subjecting me to the one occasion that would get me fired, great guy I was his mentor, he is on the way to achieving all that I saw in him.
