I think both he and Blondi have been doing a bit of institutional gatekeeping rather than performing the mission that Trump sent them on which is to BREAK things in institutional bureaucracies in which a lot of things need to be broken.
I’d be a lot less harsh IF IF IF there was information forthcoming on RAY EPPS.
From my view, if this was a hoax as Trump and most on this forum believe, then Epps is the “Rosetta Stone” at ground zero that can explain how the hoax was set in motion.
I’m not paying much attention to Patel until the name Ray Epps comes out of his mouth.

"Patel should ask who ‘put that in the record’ and fire them immediately."
In a true riot situation where crowd control is needed, officers are clearly identifiable. Whoever concocted this fairy tale to Patel needs to be fired. And Wray needs some jail time.

I’m not offended that plain-clothed cops were present in the crowd, I would expect it. The problem is the presence of agitators deployed by the feds. And we see a lot of evidence of it. A lot of the trouble-makers do not look like run-of-the-mill Trump supporters. Some look like antifa. And some look like feds.
"Agents were sent into a crowd control mission after the riot was declared by Metro Police"
Trump was far away, still speaking to his supporters. Metro Police instantly declare a riot at the Capitol. The FBI happens to have 274 plainclothed agents on hand, and immediately sends them into the crowd.
Patel wants us to just swallow this chain of events without thinking it was planned ahead of time by Pelosi?
Is it just me or does it seem like all the DNC media whore, I mean urinalists, plan and collaborate these interviews before hand with pre scripted answers to pre scripted questions?
But the explanation that undercover or plain clothes agents were sent for crowd control after rioting began is absurd.
Agreed, but let's give Patel the slack that he may be playing for the cameras to have no opinion about their mission, then to be "shocked" by what it really was when finally exposed. Else, his actions might be playable as harboring a bias toward retribution which might taint his ability to get honest reports.
