PHOENIXVILLE — The borough’s police force along with Mayor Leo Scoda are hosting a gun buyback program. The Phoenixville Area Gun Turn-In Program will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Borough Hall Nov. 10. Those that turn in a gun will receive a $50 gift card, likely to an area grocery store, according to Scoda at a recent borough council meeting.
