The liberal media loves to speculate about the possibility of removing President Trump from office pursuant to the 25th Amendment, which provides for the Vice-President to become Acting President if the President “is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.” Nancy Pelosi should be grateful that the 25th Amendment doesn’t make similar provisions in respect of the leader of the House minority.
