Suburban Detroit teacher Johnna Rhone was charged Monday with making a false threat against Jefferson Middle School, which is where she works. Rhone, 59 wrote a minimum of three notes with threatening language at the school in St. Clair Shores, said Macomb County prosecutor Pete Lucido. Lucido said one of the notes said: "Start break early.
