A former Brighton Charter High School teacher accused of having sexual contact with a student faces arrest after prosecutors allege she contacted the victim. Carrie McCandless's attorney, M. Trent Trani, told The Denver Post Monday that his client never contacted the victim. "There's no proof," Trani said. "Certainly at this point, we're denying that that call was made." Former Warren County teacher, Pamela Rogers is back in jail after making further contact with the teenager she’s been forbidden to talk to. Rogers served several months in jail for having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old student. Police told the Southern Standard newspaper that Rogers contacted her teenage victim just hours after her most recent court appearance and then later sent the boy a pornographic video of herself. A 28-year-old Dripping Springs High School chemistry teacher was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of initiating an intimate relationship with one of her students, according to court documents. Rebecca Garrison of Austin is facing charges of indecency with a child and improper relationship between an educator and student. She is in the Hays County Jail. Both charges are second-degree felonies, which are punishable by two to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000. Pamela Rogers Turner was charged this week with 15 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and 13 counts of statutory rape. Turner teaches and coaches at Centertown Elementary School in McMinnville. Prosecutor Dale Potter said some of the incidents were alleged to have taken place at the school, others at the student's home.
