MONTPELIER, Vt. - Republican Candidate for Governor Scott Milne used a Monday press conference to announce he's not giving up on becoming the state's next Commander in Chief. "I think I'll be a better governor for Vermont than Peter Shumlin," Scott Milne told reporters. That selection is up to 180 Vermonters -- the men and women who hold seats in the House and Senate.
