In the Eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk, where pro-Russian militants have seized government facilities, pamphlets have recently been circulated warning Jews to register with city officials or see their property confiscated. There was some confusion as to who put the leaflets out, or whether they were merely meant as a provocation.
