The Manitou Springs man who wants to build a pyramid on top of Pikes Peak will soon be talking to the U.S. Forest Service about the project. Phil Hill, better known as UFO Phil, will be back in Colorado for a meeting after spending the past several months in California talking to National Park Service officials about installing a similar pyramid on Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay.
