Dan Halutz sought to deflect responsibility for the cease-fire between Israel and the Gaza Strip, terrorists in northern Gaza violated the day-old agreement by firing two Kassam rockets at Sderot. Both of the rockets landed in an open area, and no one was wounded in the attack.
