    SACRAMENTO (AP) - A bill aimed at closing a loophole that Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger used to raise money in last year's recall campaign was approved Thursday by the state Assembly. By a 77-0 vote, lawmakers sent the Senate a bill by Assemblyman Mark Leno, D-San Francisco, that would bar candidates from borrowing more than $100,000 from a bank or other lender to give to their campaigns. Current law says a candidate can't personally lend his or her campaign more than $100,000. A court ruled in January that Schwarzenegger violated that statute during the closing weeks of last year's recall race...
