The project, "SHE Vlogs: Video Blogging Training for Women Entrepreneurs in North India," will develop a "vlogging training curriculum" and locate speakers for the workshops in three cities in northern India. The government said GDP rose 3.2% in the last three months of 2013 -- one of the fastest rates since the end of the recession, though slower than the third quarter's 4.1%. A former Oracle sales manager is suing the vendor, alleging he was fired shortly after complaining of discriminatory actions by his superior and other company officials. Ian Spandow was a high-performing sales manager at Oracle in Europe and later California, according to his lawsuit filed last week in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
