I referred in the previous post to the world's "attempting to secularize Christmas this year as never before." Perhaps the best example so far (of which I am aware) is the use of the term "holiday tree" by retailers such as Lowe's: While this picture is of a store in Texas, I know of at least one Lowe's store in Alabama that is using this term.
