A Dayton man has been federally indicted by a grand jury in Ohio on three counts related to lying on U.S. immigration and naturalization applications by concealing his alleged role as a perpetrator of the 1994 Rwandan genocide. Vincent Nzigiyimfura is charged with one count of visa fraud and two counts of attempted naturalization fraud.
