In Cuba, the locals are in absolute revolt against a 67-year communist tyranny and all its economic failures. Expectations -- a critical element in igniting a revolution -- are rising, and locals are no longer afraid of the state. They are shouting 'libertad' in their hundreds of thousands: Stop romanticizing socialism. None of that aid will get to the Cuban people.
